Jessica Kettenbach, M.S.
Jessica became passionate about animals very early in life, having enjoyed frequent wildlife observation and caring for a diverse assembly of family pets. She pursued her Bachelor’s in Biology at the University of Missouri-Columbia where she worked in research labs studying psychology and animal behavior and became passionate about working hands-on with animals. She completed her Master’s of Science in Zoology at North Carolina State University researching the effects of urbanization on wildlife. Upon establishing a dog walking practice, Jessica found herself training many young dogs using techniques she learned with her own highly dog-reactive dog. Eager to learn everything she could about training, Jessica went on to run a day school training program for small dogs, taught group obedience classes, and earned her CPDT-KA.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys hiking, live music, yoga, and crafting.
